A (bad) day at the park

Yesterday afternoon I was meeting up with two other moms at the Nuns playground (its a childrens playground that the Nuns here in Hilverusm has sponsored and built up..) ,its a really nice big park with lots of swings,sand,slides and other fun things for kids around 3 yrs and up.
It didnt start very well,when we met up one of the moms,Lisa, had gotten a rash she was really worried about,so she was thinking of heading to the doctor,so me and the other mom Susanne started walking and we got about 2 meters and Anton fell and hurt his knee....
I put him back on the bike and kept walking towards the playgroundarea and after about 50 meters Emily fell and scraped both her knees pretty bad,poor thing, and it started to bleed...of course she freak out when she saw the blood and as the good mom I am,I DIDNT have any bandaids..so I had to put her as well back on the bike and led it to the park where I had to clean Emilys bleeding knees with some water (that I had with me... :) and she was crying hysterically.
Thank god Lisa came after just a minute and she did have bandaids and saved my day.
Emily didnt stop crying (I could tell it hurt pretty bad,cause where she fell,the asphalt was VERY rough,remember doing that myself when I was a kid..) and was mostly sitting in my lap for the 1st hour.And meanwhile Anton was colleting sand and giving it to me,but suddenly some of the sand blew up in my eyes and something got stuck in my left eye and I could get it out...so there I was standing with a runny and mascarasmeared eye and after that I was about to give up and go home,cause it sure didnt start out good at all. But the last hour Emily finally started to walk around a nd play a bit and the stuff in my eye somewhat dissapered. About 5 pm it was time to go home and I sure biked carefully cause I was sure I was gonna get hit by a car as 'the big final'' of this day,but we made it home safe and sound!! :))

Today when we came to school,Emily had to show everyone her hurten kness off course..... :)
